Welcome to The Hudson, a condominium community at the corner of King Street West and Spadina Avenue. An address surrounded by sophisticated restaurants, theatres, clubs, galleries and boutiques and only a 10 minute walk to Toronto Harbour and the Martin Goodman Trail.


The purpose of this website is to provide information for the residents of The Hudson about our home, our neighbourhood and our community. Within a few clicks, there is information about the amenities: Club Hudson, the garden terrace, fitness facilities, billiards and the media room. The neighbourhood section will continue to be expanded by reports and reviews from residents on where to dine, listen to music or attend local theatre.

Although the site is open to the public, potential purchasers and renters, and real estate professionals to assist owners in the selling or renting of their properties, the menu on the far right SuiteLife will be for residents only and will contain information about The Hudson including the ability to book Club Hudson for private functions, The Hudson Welcome Guide – information for residents, containing information about heating and air conditioning, waste removal and other operational aspects of your home in The Hudson.
